This page is supplied by PHN within the open pages of Primary Health Net in a partnership between LOCSU and PHN.

We have repeated a number of key pages from the LOCSU site to give readers an understanding of the LOCSU ethos and their commitment to strengthen the links amongst the PHN readership as well as the LOC communities that PHN already host on the site.

Whilst LOCSU provide National support and direction to all LOCs, PHN continues to provide local support and solutions in implementation at a local level.

Both organizations will aim to encourage support from LOCs and will work closely together for the good of the profession and patients.

Contributing LOCSU LOC members have additional access to a unique secure area within this site where confidential information both past and present will be available, including pathways and confidential briefings.

If you are an LOC member wishing to access these extra services hidden from view you will need to request a special password. You can fill in the application form below or download it. Once your application has been processed we will contact you by email with your registration and login details. Login and all pages will become visible as well as access to a totally secure forum only visible and open to LOC members where questions can be asked and answers and opinions will be retained for future use.

This enables confidential discussions to take place between LOCs, LOCSU, and the optical bodies.

If you are an LOC member or work with an LOC (not PCT based) you will need an additional registration code if you have an existing PHN/LOC registration to access the secure areas. Click the download below for a LOCSU/PHN registration form which you can fill in and email back or send by post.

PHN will register you with LOCSU’s agreement and confirm by email which you in turn should re-confirm by clicking your confirmation email.

You can change your password by clicking onto the forum area after logging in and going to settings where you can change your password.

Registration on the LOCSU secure area will provide access to all confidential information and LOC forums, it will also mean that you will receive a PHN news update approximately every 2 to 3 weeks. As well as news posted on the site we will keep you informed of new business, clinical and LOC briefings posted on the site. If you would prefer not to receive this information you can unsubscribe on any of the update emails received.
