If you wish to register to access your LOC’s site hosted by PHN please
You will have been given a numerical code to enter on the registration form in the LCID field by PHN or your LOC.

Being registered to gain access to your LOC hosted by PHN will give you automatic access to all the pages on PHN so you do not need to register for Opchat.

Complete the registration form and ensure all fields marked with asterisk are filled in. There is little need to change any of the lower forum preferences so just click register after indicating your profession.

Do not attempt to gain access to the site until you have received an email for verification and you have clicked the confirmation link within it. Once this process is complete you can login with your identical username and password at the home page.

If you are an LOC committee member and wish to access the secure information pages published by LOCSU you will need to register under two user names, One for either your LOC or Opchat and a different one for LOCSU. You will need to be vetted by LOCSU who will give you a user name and password, and you will be able to alter your password after registration.
